I’m Firdaus Sam Variava, Vice Chairman of Bharat Floorings and Tiles Pvt. Ltd., a company with a proud legacy of over 100 years in India's flooring and design landscape. As the third generation in my family to lead this heritage business, I’ve spent the past three decades building on its strong foundation while steering it into the future. Our mission has always been to combine artisanal craftsmanship with timeless design, and I’ve worked to ensure that Bharat Floorings continues to evolve without losing sight of the values that have sustained it for over a century. My passion lies in nurturing long-term business thinking, mentoring upcoming entrepreneurs, and preserving the essence of legacy businesses in a modern context. For me, carrying forward a 100-year-old brand is both a responsibility and a deep honour.
